Project Drift utilizes several trusted third-party infrastructures to provide a seamless experience, save in-game progress, troubleshoot errors, and serve advertisements. Our Company does not host your personal data directly on our physical servers; data flow is facilitated through the following services:

• PlayFab (Microsoft): The core backend services of our Game are powered by PlayFab. Your player account creation, cloud saves of your in-game progress, leaderboards, in-game currency/item management, and telemetry (in-game behavior) data are securely stored on PlayFab servers.
• Google Play Services (Android) & Apple Game Center (iOS): Depending on your device's operating system, these services are used to allow you to easily log into the game, earn achievements, and participate in platform leaderboards. These services solely authenticate your public player ID associated with your platform accounts.
• Google AdMob: To keep Project Drift free to play, we display in-game advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers (e.g., Mobile Advertising ID), IP addresses, network information, and general location data to serve you relevant and personalized ads.
• Firebase (Google): We use Firebase to monitor the game's technical performance, quickly detect and resolve app crashes, and analyze how players experience the game. Firebase processes data such as device models, operating system versions, and anonymized in-game usage statistics.

2. Purpose of Data Use

The data collected is used exclusively to enhance your gaming experience and maintain our services. Our primary purposes include:

• Creating your player profile and safeguarding your in-game progress (save files) across devices.
• Identifying and fixing technical issues, crashes, and performance drops within the game.
• Seamlessly providing competitive features such as leaderboards and in-game events.
• Ensuring in-game advertisements are displayed appropriately according to your device and regional standards.

3. Data Sharing and Security

As BYCODEC TEKNOLOJI LTD. STI., we never sell your personal data or share it with unauthorized third parties. Your data is processed exclusively between your game and the infrastructures of the services listed in Section 1 (Microsoft and Google/Apple) through encrypted and secure channels.

4. User Rights and Data Deletion

Users have the right to request the deletion of their in-game progress and collected data. If you wish to have your data permanently deleted from PlayFab or our other integrated systems, please contact us via the email address provided below. Upon your request, your account data will be permanently destroyed.

5. Children's Privacy

Project Drift complies with the Family and Children policies of the respective platforms (Google Play and App Store). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from children under the age of 13 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). If it is determined that the application is being used by children, child-directed advertising and data restriction protocols are activated on AdMob and Firebase.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use from time to time due to legal requirements, newly added features, or updated plugins. When a significant change is made, the updated text will be published, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
